Experience Requirements:

• 10 years plus human resources experience
• Experience in a union environment preferred
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM certifications preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communications, and the ability to adapt the communication to the audience and positively influence others

Responsibilities:

• Lead with strategic and tactical support to the designated Business Unit(s)
• Provides HR assistance, counsel, advice and operates as a partner to the Business Unit Leader and the Business Leader's team to achieve the goals and objectives for the function
• Develop, track, and measure performance against HR processes to identify areas for improvement, provide suggestions, solutions and action plans to close gaps
• Drive action plans to ensure appropriate organizational structure, evaluate employee performance and development, drive talent improvement, and manage succession planning
