The ideal candidate must be a self starter eager to collaborate and be part of a fantastic team.You'll be responsible for coaching, training and development. Provide guidance and address highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters, including performance management and terminations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of previous HR experience working with various level of employees from front line to VP
• Expert knowledge in state, local and federal laws and standards
