Title:  Human Resources Business Partner

Location:  San Diego County, California

Lucas Group has partnered with an international aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a single site manufacturing operation based in north San Diego County. The HRBP will report to the CEO and work closely with the senior management team to help build organizational and people capabilities; working with the business to shape and implement effective HR strategies and activities. They will manage HR staff.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years previous experience in a Human Resources Management
• Strong leadership skills and people management experience
• Plant HR / Manufacturing experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Project Management and Change Management skills
• Expert knowledge of CA and Federal labor law.
• Solid Communication skills.
