Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading engineering and manufacturing organization to identify their next HRIS Manager.
Requirements:
- Three to ten years of related HRIS, (preferably SnapLogic and Workday) experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Maintains expert knowledge of various software and hardware programs
- Ability to configure files and customizations within existing software and hardware
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations and to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and internal and external customers
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
