Lucas Group has partnered with a leading professional services firm on their search for an HRIS Manager. This person will lead a team of analysts and serve as a technical point of contact for end-users.
Responsibilities:
Assist HR in developing solutions for business needs
Act as point of contact for testing system changes, troubleshooting, report generation and analyzing data
Assist with design and configuration
Gather reports and analyze data
Qualifications:
BA degree or related
5+ years' experience in working within HRIS
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo
