Role Overview: Lucas Group is working with a healthcare organization in western Wisconsin on a newly created head of HRIS. This is a six-month contract position and temporary housing is available so s/he may work on site.
This position follows a recent Workday HRIS implementation, and s/he reports to the chief human resources officer. S/he is charged with building a high-functioning HRIS team. Four analysts currently working across the organization will be shifted to this leader and together they will build key modules for performance management, learning and development, onboarding, and HR Analytics. The usual modules for employee records, benefits and talent acquisition are in place.
