Title: HRIS & Compensation Manager

Location:   Alexandria, VA

Lucas Group has partnered with an Alexandria based, growing non-profit in their search for an HRIS & Compensation Manager. This is a newly created position that will combine the HRIS and Compensation functions. Here, you’ll lead a team and report into the Head of HR. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who wants to, in addition to HRIS and Compensation, own the HR Analytics function. Great benefits and 401k!

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS and Compensation; previous managerial experience preferred
• Bachelor’s required; Masters or additional certifications strongly preferred
• Analytical, quantitative, thoughtful
• Advanced Excel
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required
