Title:  HRIS Business Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

Location: Orlando, FL

Lucas Group has partnered with a global organization in the hospitality industry to fill an HRIS Business Analyst role. The HRIS Business Analyst will partner with the Compensation team while configuring the compensation workflows within the HRIS. This individual will be largely focused on compensation, so experience or exposure to compensation is necessary. System configuration and implementation experience is an absolute requirement.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BA in related field (MIS is a plus)
  • 2-3+ years of HRIS experience supporting HCM Compensation Planning including configurations, testing, processes, and reporting
  • Experience with either Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Callidus (sales and bonus comp) is a plus
