Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a Property Management company located in Downtown Chicago that is seeking an HRIS and Compensation Manager to join their team.
We need an UltiPro professional with 5-7 years’ experience. This person will need to configure UltiPro, update and maintain, generate reports and troubleshoot for business partners supporting 400 employees. In addition, some exposure to Compensation is required, such as administration of comp programs, market surveys, etc. A Payroll Coordinator will be your direct report
