Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: Irving, TX 75062                        

Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $31.25+ per hour

Our client, trusted by consumers and recognized by the industry as the best place for automotive care, is looking for a Senior level HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team and be a critical component in the HR operations.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the broad technical administration and implementation of various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and the development and delivery of HR reports and dashboards.

An ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree and employment background in Information Technology and/or Human Resources.

Expertise experience with HR platforms including ADP are a must.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of experience working within an IT or Human Resources environment

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills utilized in effectively collaborating with team members at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables, etc.), including the ability to create and generate spreadsheets and reports.
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other reporting information.
  • Working knowledge of ADP EV5 payroll system, ADP Report Writer and eTime.
  • 4+ years of experience with various HR systems including Employee and Manager Self-Service, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management and Payroll.
  • Relational database experience (i.e. MS Access or similar) with the ability to create tables, queries and reports from multiple sources. Including prior experience designing dashboards and business intelligence reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience participating in implementation of cloud-based HR systems is highly preferred.
  • SHRM, PHR, SPHR certifications highly preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
