This individual will be responsible for supporting all business unit leaders and employees in the areas of employee relations, compensation, recruitment and retention, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate is familiar with fast-paced global environments and is adapt at wearing many hats.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Work in a global environment
- Experience in M&A integration a plus
Responsibilities:
- Support business unit leaders in all employee relations matters
- Drive corporate strategy down through organization
- Develop creative employee engagement initiatives that align with overall strategy
- Liaise with corporate in the areas of performance management, learning & development, training, and high-potential identification programs
