This individual will be responsible for supporting 500 employees in the engineering group in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and employee engagement. This individual should have solid generalist experience and come from a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR generalist experience
- Work supporting performance management, ER, recruiting/on-boarding, compensation, and change management
- Strong data analytics
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to drive corporate strategy
- Counsel and coach individuals in the areas of performance management and employee engagement
- Analyze data and make recommendations to continuous improvement
