Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing inspection and engineering company on their search for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HRBP will support Engineering, Project Management, and back office functions. They need someone knowledgable in HR and who is able to work closely alongside management. This is a true business partner role and will oversee performance management, evaluations, compensation planning, coaching, etc. The ideal person will have supported engineers in the past.  

General Responsibilities:

• Act as a true business partner for client group
• Provide guidance on performance related initiatives; management and evaluations, coaching, etc. 
• Oversee compensation planning and merit program
• Utilize 9-box tool
• Work along side recruitment and address challenges 
• Meet weekly with management team 
• Roll out HR initiatives 

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience in HR
• Have experience supporting engineers 
• Solid HR knowledge
