We are supporting a leading international organisation on a pan-European Pay Transparency programme, aligned to upcoming EU regulatory requirements. The programme is being delivered across multiple countries in a decentralised model, with central coordination and local execution.
We are seeking a Project Manager / PMO to support governance, coordination, and best practice delivery across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central PMO / coordination point across a multi-country programme
- Support the definition androllout of:
- Governance frameworks
- Delivery standards and best practices
- Project templates and reporting structures
- Guide and support local country teams on delivery approach
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate communication between central and regional stakeholders
- Review project documentation and provide practical guidance and feedback
- Track progress and support alignment across the programme
Key Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager or PMO within HR / People transformation
- Exposure to Pay Transparency / Pay Equity / Reward-related projects
- Understanding of what good delivery looks like in similar programmes
- Experience working in multi-country, decentralised environments
- Ability to provide practical guidance and challenge where needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
