Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a publicly traded food manufacturer located near Reno, NV on their search for an HR Plant Manager. This role reports to the Sr. HR Director. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, working in both union and non-union environments. The role will handle full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried staff, onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, change management, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, compensation, employment law and compliance, HR reporting and other duties as necessary.
