HR Payroll Analyst (Closed)

Our client, a successful privately held oil and gas company located in Houston is looking to a Human Resources Payroll Analyst to their team. They offer company stability, excellent benefits, a company funded gym membership, and great growth potential.

Some responsibilities include…

• Working directly with the Sr HR Specialist in Payroll
• Maintain eTime semi-monthly approval log
• Handle miscellaneous changes of employee records (W4, address, password resets, etc.)
• Carry out employment verification and loan applications
• Payroll processing in ADP
• Assist with projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience or 4+ years of proven Payroll experience, required
• ADP experience, preferred
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
