We have partnered with our client in their search for an HR Operations Manager / HR Generalist to support a global technology organisation in Turkey under a managed service arrangement. This role will act as the primary HR Operations contact for c.150 employees, managing employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits and local compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding, ensuring contracts, amendments and employee records remain accurate and compliant
- Maintain HR system data within Workday, processing hires, transfers, promotions and terminations while ensuring data integrity across systems
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, liaising with payroll providers and internal stakeholders, and validate employee data impacting payroll processing
- Administer employee benefits, managing enrolments, changes and supporting annual benefits activities
- Act as a key HR support contact, handling employee queries, producing employment documentation and supporting local employee relations administration
- Ensure compliance with Turkish labour law, maintaining personnel files, supporting statutory reporting, liaising with government bodies and producing HR reporting
Skills Required
- Strong HR operations capability across employee lifecycle, payroll coordination and HR systems administration
- Knowledge of Turkish employment legislation and local compliance requirements
- Experience using Workday and managing HR data accuracy
- Ability to support employee populations of 100+ within a structured environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Turkish and English

- 5+ years' HR Operations or HR Generalist experience within multinational environment
