HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a $1B manufacturing company to place the HR Manager for their Atlanta area plant. As the HR Manager for this facility you will have a great deal of autonomy to build out the HR function, with the assistance of the corporate office, for the 100+ nonunion employees. Key responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee development and will oversee all aspects of HR support to the plant leadership team. This HR Manager position will be responsible for day to day benefits questions, but, all benefits issues are resolved at the corporate level.

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 3 – 5+ years of management experience
• Knowledge or familiarity with ADP Payroll
• Proven track record of partnering with plant leadership
• Active involvement with plant employees and employee engagement programs
• Knowledge or familiarity with OSHA rules, regulations and safety
• Position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
