Lucas Group has partnered with a Global Organization in a confidential search for a HR Manager. This role will focus on Talent Acquisition with exposure to other aspects of the HR department responsibilities. This person will own the sourcing aspect for the US Operations of this segment of the business. The roles will be varied and will include posting the roles, initial screening and coordinator. The organization is seeking someone with some Talent Acquisition exposure who wants to grow in this arena or move towards more of a HR Business Partner role.
