Lucas Group has partnered with our manufacturing client in Southern Wisconsin on their search for a Human Resources Manager for one of their manufacturing locations. There is a tremendous amount of growth opportunity available with our client due to their expanding operations. Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ensures the facility is in compliance with all Federal and State laws
• Participates in plant staff meetings to ensure an integrated business partnership and strong link with strategy and the direction of the business
• Ability to critically analyze HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans
• Manages labor and employee relations, providing direction and counsel regarding human resources tools and processes.
• Union avoidance training
• Leads talent management programs
• Coordinates and facilitates onboarding programs
• Oversees 100+ employees

Skills Needed:

• Performance Management Tracking
• Vacancy Reports
• HR Scorecard (retention rates, EEO data, etc)
• Individual Development Plans
• Succession Planning
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, Human Rights, ERISA, OSHA, I9 and others)
• Comfortable working with a continuously operating environment

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
• Work Experience:
  • 5+ years in Human Resources
  • Manufacturing environment experience required
