Role Overview: Lucas Group partnered with a super exciting client focused on recycling and a clean environment! This downtown Los Angeles based company is growing their company and footprint and needs an HR Manager to assist. This HR lead will focus on compliance, employee relations, recruiting/talent, and cultivating the culture of this company. The HR Manager will support three locations and will aid senior leadership in all things HR!

• Those with a great generalist background including recruiting, CA compliance, compensation, and employee relations along with a great attitude working with ethos should reach out. A passion for clean technology and climate is also a big key! Spanish speaking skills are a definite plus as well as a bachelor's degree.

This role is a great position for a candidate who can be a standalone HR manager with the purpose
