Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for an HR Manager located in Kent, WA. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing day to day HR “hands-on” support, guidance, and advice on company policies and procedures to about a 100-employee union plant. This individual will be the stand-alone HR presence and build HR infrastructure for the facility, drive change, and develop people strategy as well as strategic staffing.
