This is an opportunity to partner with site leadership to drive cultural initiatives and growth across all areas of HR, including staffing, onboarding and training, performance management, talent development, engagement, retention and much more.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
• A true HR generalist, supporting the full employee lifecycle from staffing to offboarding and everything in between
• Union avoidance experience a big plus
