Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for an HR Manager for their corporate facility, located in Wyoming. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resource functions and creating strategic initiatives as the sole HR person for the company. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as HR subject matter expert
• Facilitates communication among employees and management
• Manages and/or designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees
• Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
• Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
• Maintains responsibility for organizational compliance with federal and state legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in human resource functions to include employee relations, recruitment, talent development, benefits, compensation and safety
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial or distribution environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
