Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a well-known hospitality organization in their search for a HR Manager to be based in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an opportunity to work under a respected HR-Director, partner with an experienced regional operations leader and positively impact a business. This individual will support an employee population of 1,000+ associates. The position also includes managing a team of 6 direct reports. The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 4 year degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work related experience
• 5+ years’ generalist HR management with hospitality, gaming or QSR industry experience
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred
• Sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in all aspects of HR
• Experience in advising managers and problem solving across a full range of HR activities
• Labor relations experience
