Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, global organization on their search for an HR Manager located in Denver, CO. This is a true Generalist role and excellent opportunity for the right individual to make an impact on this quickly growing organization! The HR Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and help lead the HR function from implementing an HRIS system to onboarding to employee relations to benefits and much more while creating and implementing policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in creation and updating of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees including onboarding, orientation, exit interviews, etc.
• Update and maintain all job requirements and descriptions for all roles
• Lead all training & development efforts for all employees
• Maintain integrity of HR records
• Provide assistance on compensation and benefits administration
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years progressive HR management experience
• Coming from a technology or start up industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
