Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a global alternative investment firm in their search for a dynamic HR Manager to work in their Century City-based headquarter office.  The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of progressive human resources experience working in a professional, fast-moving environment in addition to the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, advanced degrees and professional HR certifications are a plus
• Generalist HR management experience
• Experience working in a professional, innovative and/or global firm
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to manage projects and handle multiple HR functions
• Ability to influence and advise managers when needed
