Role Overview:  Lucas Group has been engaged by a leading professional services firm on their search for an HR Manager located in Denver, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to serve as a top HR leader in this quickly growing organization! The HR Manager will be responsible for providing “hands-on” HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of functions from Talent Acquisition to Employee Relations to Training and Development and much more. Additionally, this individual will partner closely with the CFO and other key leaders to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and drive HR initiatives and programs
• Manage recruitment process to attract and retain top talent across all levels
• Ensures all new hires are on boarded and oriented in an effective manager
• Negotiate employee transitions and release agreements
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues
• Effectively administer programs in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Develop a culture that fosters autonomy, work quality and productivity, and personal goal attainment for each employee
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years’ progressive HR experience
• Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated success in talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
