Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with an upstream oil and gas company on their search for an HR Manager. This is an opportunity to join a stable, tight knit organization and run the HR function. As a department of one for just under 100 employees, the HR Manager will oversee recruiting, benefits/401k, employee engagement and development, and policy implementation.

• Manage recruitment process to include resume screening
• Oversee safety regulations for field based employees; including drug screenings and PEC Safety Training
• Manage benefit enrollment
• Create a culture of open communication and engagement
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications | Experience:

• HR certifications preferred
• 5+ years' experience in a generalist capacity
• Oilfield experience preferred
• Self-starter mentality
• Ability to work independently
