Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading hospitality organization on their search for an HR Manager This is a true generalist role and excellent opportunity for the right individual. This individual will serve as a true strategic business partner and be responsible for a variety of HR activities while partnering closely with the President of the organization and local management to ensure positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide effective advice and guidance on issues surrounding daily human resources activities
• Serve as SME on employee relations, functioning as a point of contact on day to day compensation, benefits, performance management, legal, and compliance issues
• Provide Human Resources expertise to support the achievement of site and business goals, and champion organizational change
• Identify, create and foster opportunities to create a positive, dynamic culture where employees have an opportunity to contribute and grow professionally.
• Partner with client group on local and facility initiatives including culture, communication and continuous improvement.
• Additional responsibilities as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration)
• At least 5+ years HR work experience with emphasis in generalist responsibilities
• PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
