Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in on the search for an HR Manager. This position will lead an HR team and provide HR support to a 500-employee, non-union facility in Rockford, IL.
This is a strategic HR position that will drive process improvement, performance, talent development, engagement and culture enhancing initiatives at this flagship location.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years as a people manager
• Manufacturing experience, ideally with exposure to Lean Manufacturing
• Proven track record of building a strong HR team, partnering with operations leadership to drive engagement, turnover reduction and positive employee relations
• Union avoidance experience
