HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group is partnered with a leading national manufacturer in Denton, TX to identify their next HR Manager. 

Role Overview:
The HR Manager will lead a HR team of two and be responsible for 350 employees. They will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and will sit on the leadership council with a voice in the decision making process for this nonunion facility.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead presentations and influence change at all levels in the organization
• Proven ability to push back and influence strong operations leaders, influencing decision making while serving as a HRBP, Counsel and Advisor.
• Management experience is necessary as there is a team of 2 this person leads at facility.
• 7-10+ year’s progressive generalist HR experience in manufacturing (non-union facility)
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
