Title: HR Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Field HR
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Lucas Group is partnering with a leading national manufacturer and marketer of branded and custom made products for the foodservice, retail and ingredient manufacturing industries.

Role Overview:
The HR Manager will lead a HR team of four and be responsible for one of the most high profile facilities in the organization. They will serve as a strategic business partner to the plant leadership team and will sit on the leadership council with a voice in the decision making process for this 24/7, non-union facility.

Requirements:

• Proven Ability to lad strategic initiatives around Employee Engagement
• Proven Ability to push back and influence strong operations leaders, influencing decision making while serving as a HRBP, Counsel and Advisor.
• Management experience is necessary as there is a team of 4 this person leads at facility.
• 7-10+ year’s progressive generalist HR experience in manufacturing (non-union plant)
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
