Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a Global Manufacturer to place an HR Manager in their Eastern Tennessee HQ. The HR Manager will provide HR consulting services to stakeholders regarding process managed, in both proactive and reactive ways. They will also manage complex employee relations cases and drive resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing, human resources, employment legal team and other groups.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree are both required from an accredited university
• Position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and identify issues in and across teams, synthesize results of analysis and makes sound recommendations.
• Compensation commensurate with experience
