Title: HR Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports to: CEO

Position Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a $60M revenue global company, in the manufacturing and distribution space, to place their next HR Manager. This company has operations in three states and two countries producing goods for clients in eight different industries. The HR Manager will sit in their corporate office but will also travel to their plant locations.

Requirements:

• Attentive and Timely Communicator: Their philosophy is that “HR is a service organization” which is here to serve the employee population.
• Strong HR Generalist with a background including Benefits: Vendor Management, Negotiations, Open Enrollment,
• Management experience in a “Hands-On” environment will be preferred as there is 1 Direct Report (HRBP) who works alongside the HR Manager in this two person HR shop.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is Preferred
• Experience with ADP (Payroll) is preferred
• Certifications are desired but not necessary
