Lucas Group has partnered with our global fortune 500 client in search of a HR Manager / HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role for an individual contributor to supporting several internal clients, and over 1000 employees. These employees are hourly and non-union, and this individual will need to shift from projects to front-line support at any given moment. Must have the ability to shift and refocus communication.
Key Functions:

  • Strong employee relations
  • Employee engagement and union avoidance
  • Ability to identify talent
  • Talent management & development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a Human Resources
  • Ability to drive HR projects and initiatives
  • Proven employee relations, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Ability to shift and refocus communication
  • Strong to stand alone as this is an individual contributor role
