Lucas Group is partnering with an entertainment company on their search for an HR Manager. This individual will need to have a payroll background as well as HR. Ideally someone with 3+ years of experience coming from a rapid growth company to help with recruitment, on boarding, employee relations and compliance. Responsibilities for the position are the following, but limited to:
- Proactively identifying and implementing high impact HR systems, processes and solutions
- Proactively and consistently managing accurate employee data through the HRIS system (ADP):
- Collaborating with the PEO for advice, counsel and reporting purposes
- Facilitating on-Boarding documentation, job offers and background checks
- Taking responsibility for the overall tracking, compliance and organization of employee related documents and files
- Creating and reinforcing training for managers to ensure compliance and understanding of all HR related policies
- Identifying and creating HR systems and processes to help support business growth and initiatives
- Serving as the go-to HR presence for all employees; proactively solving and addressing employment related concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Work with leadership to create and build upon a culture enhancing activities and programs
- Partnering with PEO regarding benefits and payroll
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Multi-state and multi-site experience preferred
- Fast paced high growth organization experience preferred
