HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a global manufacturing company to fill a site HR Manager opportunity that will quickly move to a multi-site scope. This individual will support approximately 200 employees and own the HR function for these sites. Among other generalist duties, there will be a focus on employee engagement and change management within the site.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns or other issues
• Oversee facility recruitment along with working with temp agencies to help fulfill production labor needs
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisals
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years HR experience (some people leadership)
• Must have experience in a blue collar environment
• Experience using HR systems (ADP is a plus)
