HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a large aerospace manufacturer in their search for a HR Manager to oversee HR function for a plant based in Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate for this role will be a generalist HR manager with experience working in a manufacturing environment.

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources function.
• Developing and implementing an organization-wide communication strategy to support business objectives, change initiatives and employee involvement
• Recruiting and placement for all positions, including corporate and local development programs
• Continuously improve HR processes to more effectively deliver results
• Serve as backup to labor relations function

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management required (Masters preferred)
• 5+ years of progressively complex Human Resources experience required preferably in a high tech manufacturing environment, with
• 3+ years of experience in a management level role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
