HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing global manufacturing organization in northern Indiana on an HR Manager role. The HR Manager will be a true business partner to the plant leadership team and be responsible for support the entire employee populations on all HR matters.

• Retention is a challenge across the entire northern Indiana market with unemployment around 2%. The HR Manager needs to be involved in employee engagement, training, and development programs at all levels
• The HR Manager will be responsible for all plant recruiting programs and needs to have experience finding the right talent because there is not a corporate COE to lean on
• Continue to foster a positive relationship between HR and the plant employees. The HR Manager MUST be someone that is comfortable walking the floor and getting to know the employees
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Successful experience developing employee engagement initiatives
