Lucas Group has partnered with an Aerospace Manufacturing company in the Oklahoma City area. This organization is looking for a strategic HR Manager to join their leadership team. We are offering a full relocation package for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in full-cycle recruitment
• Coordinate and oversee Safety activities to ensure legal compliance
• Lead training and development programs for site leaders
• Effectively administer programs in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate policies and procedures to employees at all levels

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years HR experience
