HR Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a $1B manufacturing company to place the HR Manager for their plant located in the Oklahoma City area. As the HR Manager for this facility you will have a great deal of autonomy to build out the HR function, with the assistance of the corporate office, for the 100+ nonunion employees. Key responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee development and will oversee all aspects of HR support to the plant leadership team.
Experience Requirements:

• 3 – 5+ years of management experience
• Proven track record of partnering with plant leadership
• Active involvement with plant employees and employee engagement programs
• Knowledge or familiarity with OSHA rules, regulations and safety
• Position requires organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• This position directs and coordinates plant level human resources activities for the multi-plant manufacturing complex.
• Key responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee development
• This role will oversee all aspects of HR support to the plant leadership team.
• This HR Manager position will be responsible for day to day benefits questions, but, all benefits issues are resolved at the corporate level.
