HR Leader (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing organization in the on their search for an HR Leader in the Mesquite, TX area. This is an opportunity to build out a strategic HR function from the ground floor. This hands on leader will play a key role in the future success of the organization by creating or enhancing programs including leadership development, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, benefits and more.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to analyze and evaluate organizational requirements.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource on matters including hiring, compensation administration, health and welfare benefit administration, legal compliance and employee development etc.
• Develop, recommend and implement HR policies, programs and practices which are aligned to the strategic direction of the company and support the achievement of business goals
• Contribute to the development of a highly performing organization by providing information, performance consulting and coaching for staff and managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Human Resources or Business Focus
• 10-15 years Human Resources Experience
• 7+ years in HR leadership role supporting hourly workforce

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience leading the HR Function for a mid-sized organization
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
