Title: HR Generalist – Payroll and Benefits

Role Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company on their search for a HR Generalist with a focus in Payroll and Benefits! This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to be the strong right hand for the HR Director. The person in this role will be the Payroll subject matter expert and be responsible for managing the multi-state payroll function for 300 employees. This strategic, analytical thinking individual will also manage a multitude of HR projects including integrating acquired payroll and benefits plans as well as streamlining processes.
