Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a private educational institution in The Bay Area on their search for a HR Generalist | Manager. This is a newly created role reporting to the CFO. Until now the role has been done by the CFO and the Accounting Director. We are looking for someone who has 8-10 years of Human Resources experience and is strong with California Labor Law. The role will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, benefit administration, payroll and other duties as necessary. The right cultural fit is very important as is a very tight night community.
