HR Generalist / HRBP (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading chemical company on their search for an HR Generalist/HRBP. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a generalist capacity, enjoy being hands on, and have a "go-getter" type mentality.
Overview:

• Assist with recruitment activities to include initial screenings, schedule interviews, and on-boarding
• Work with managers on employee relation issues
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide HR support to leadership members
• Support global mobility program
• Provide coaching to site managers

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications strongly preferred
• 3+ years' experience in a generalist capacity
• Union exposure is a plus
