Role Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a leading services company on their search for an HR Generalist located in Nashville, Tennessee. The HR Generalist will provide HR expertise and support on a variety of day-to-day HR functions from Recruitment to Employee Relations to On boarding and much more to 250 employees across multiple sites. This individual will also collaborate closely with key leadership to create and implement HR strategies. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for about 250 employees in a growing organization.
- General employee relations, succession planning, compensation review, payroll, and benefits; ideally consolidation.
- Good communication is a must. HR Generalist must be able to keep all leaders on the same page so that everyone is aware of decisions that were made and can be on the same page in regards to employee questions and concerns.
- Additional Projects as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- About 3-5 years of experience in HR (recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, on boarding, interviews, termination paperwork, familiarity with state and federal law).
