Role Overview:  In this “roll up the sleeves” role, responsibilities include but are not limited to the HR programs and employment policies associated with the full lifecycle of our employees: recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, implementation and administration of human resources programs and employment policies, record-keeping, training and workforce development, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

Recruitment:

• • Overall job function will be full cycle recruiting.
  • Develops and maintains strong, ongoing relationships with key recruitment partners in the community.
  • Assists with identifying, arranging, and attending relevant outreach including career fairs and other events.

Employee relations:

• • Maintains visibility throughout the operations.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to supervisors (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Projects and programs:

• • Creates, leads, and implements human resources initiatives.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years progressive human resources experience.
