Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a Retail Merchandising Company that services range from everyday merchandising execution to scale category resets to new & re-merch store sets. These merchandising services are backed by best in class project management, space management and analytic technology tools to insure your success.

They are looking for an entry level HR Generalist to handle heavy Human Resources Administrative duties and an excellent opportunity for the right individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment! The HR Generalist who will provide HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of topics from Recruitment to Employee Relations to Benefits and 401k and much more.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• This position will consist of heavy Employee Relations duties
• Answering 100 plus emails per day
• Giving employees direction on payroll (online payroll, benefits, submit time cards)
• Processing unemployment claims, terminations
• Interacting with Hiring Managers to verify new hires, employee complaints, etc.
• Other duties as assigned- supporting other Generalists, etc.
