Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company on their search for a Bilingual (English & Spanish) HR Generalist located in Irwindale, CA. This is a true HR generalist role and exciting opportunity for the right individual!

The HR Generalist who will provide HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of topics from Recruitment to Employee Relations to Change Management and much more. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish, have 5+ years of generalist experience preferably within manufacturing, distribution or a related industry, and experience supporting several different sites.

We are looking for an HR professional with confidence, maturity and drive who wants to join a great HR team within a growing global organization!

• Support 100+ employees within several manufacturing plant locations
• Report to the HR Director
• Recruitment experience
• Lead onboarding and retention activities for new employees
• Partner with senior HR leadership in the development and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree within HR or related field
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
